La película del cineasta mexicano Alejandro González Iñárritu “Birdman” y “The Grand Budapest Hotel”, de Wes Anderson, acapararon este jueves el mayor número de nominaciones a la 87 edición de los Óscar con 9 candidaturas respectivamente, según anunció la Academia de Hollywood.
Las dos comedias aventajaron en una nominación al drama “The Imitation Game” y en tres a una de las grandes favoritas, según los pronósticos, a alzarse con el premio de mejor película, “Boyhood”.
La película de Clint Eastwood “American Sniper” igualó a “Boyhood” con 6 candidaturas.
“Foxcatcher”, “Interstellar”, “The Theory of Everything” y “Whiplash” consiguieron 5 menciones en total.
“Interstellar” fue la única de las más producciones más nominadas en no disputar la categoría de mejor película, una disputa en la que sí entro “Selma”, que cosechó únicamente dos candidaturas.
La ceremonia de entrega de la 87 edición de los Óscar de la Academia de Hollywood tendrá lugar el 22 de febrero en el teatro Dolby de Los Ángeles.
